Management
For bands/artists who are established - you have music (not necessarily released), you rehearse regularly, you have played gigs.

Start-Up
Short-term, for artists who need a 6-week to 6-month push to really get started. Renewable contracts, possibility to move to full-time management.

By audition/submission only, artists/bands who don't know where to start.
